>>That blinding light could mean only one thing - another Wanderer had managed to weasel himself away from death's grip and into their world.
"Oh, really now?", murmured Zarvi, more amused than actually unnerved.
"Did no one mention to them that they're supposed to only appear once on a blue moon...? You're supposed to be a rare case!", she raised her voice at the forming light. What would it be this time? Screaming, cussing, sobbing? None of those options would do them any good as Zarvi's patience wasn't the greatest to begin with - and she really really didn't like whiners. Well, those Wanderer had escaped death - more or less - and were sprung back into existence in a healthy, beautiful forest! And while she wasn't one of those beauties her race was known for, her nose wasn't that askew that one had to cry upon glancing at her face for the first time. So why not a dance of joy this time, dearest Mother Forest?
The light fibers bound themselves back into a humanoid form, dancing around anxiously like they were about to head into their beloved groom's bed for the first time.
They settled down while Zarvi stood there (with some safety distance, of course. Escaping death didn't always make for the healthiest minds), one hand on her narrow hips.
A slow smirk curved the corner of her lips upwards - what had we here? A cute little Kin had just opened her eyes.
Focused on Zarvi. Smiled gently.
"Hi."
Zarvi blinked and felt her own expression match that of the young and tender woman.
"Hi", Zarvi said.<<
Hi there folks,
this was meant to try out different colors for Zarvi in a speedpaint, but after a little while I started playing around with brushes, too, and, yeah, well. Speedpaint surprise Zarvi!
She is supposed to look slightly exotic and barely non-human, while being neither pretty nor plain. What do you guys think?^^
